Where SQS is running
Four nodes are live across two sites. Two more sites are next.
SQS deploys a pair of nodes at each site. Each pair connects to the Platform. The map and ledger below list every site, what is live there, and who it is deployed alongside, and they are updated when a site changes.

The site deployment sequence
A pair of SQS nodes is installed, quantum key distribution is brought up between them, and the Platform's capabilities are added on top. A site is listed as live once its nodes are exchanging keys. Each capability is added to a site's entry when it is running there.
