When you browse. Our hosting provider records each page view with the page address, the page that referred you, your browser type and language, your country, and a random session identifier that expires after thirty minutes. It also records page load speed and script errors so we can keep the site working. These measurements count visits, not people. We do not build profiles of visitors or follow them across visits.

Network security. The network provider in front of this site sets one security cookie to tell browsers from automated traffic. It expires within about thirty minutes and identifies no one.

Server logs. Standard server logs, including your IP address, are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

When you send a request. The form asks for your company, your name, your role, your work email, your industry, what you need, and what you want to protect. You may also give your company size, timeline, budget authority, attendee names, preferred dates, and how you heard about SQS. Your IP address is recorded for one hour to limit abuse of the form. If you took the quantum ready check, your result is sent with the request.

When you take the quantum ready check. The check asks for your name, company, and work email, and records your answers and your result. We use them to assess your readiness and to follow up with you.

We use what you send to reply to your request, to scope a pilot, demonstration, briefing, or partnership conversation, and to keep a record of that conversation. We use software, including AI tools provided by a third party acting on our instructions, to help us sort and prioritize requests. A person at SQS reads every request before we reply.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with other companies for their marketing, and we share it only with service providers that process it on our instructions: the hosting and database provider that runs this site and our request system, the email service that tells us a request has arrived, and the AI service described above.

This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookie is the security cookie described above. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep request records while we are in contact with you and for as long as we need them to document that contact. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Email info@sqs.world to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within two business days.

This site is for organizations. It is not directed to anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

When this notice changes, we update the date at the top.
