Lynette Novak is a seasoned professional with a background in avionics, training, and technical leadership, honed during her service in the United States Air Force. As an avionics technician, she specialized in the maintenance and instruction of KC-135 aircraft systems, deploying overseas and training hundreds of airmen. Lynette’s commitment to operational excellence is evident in her contributions to advanced training simulator testing and curriculum development, as well as her leadership role managing the Wing Honor Guard team at McConnell AFB.
Lynette contributes to Secured Quantum Services (SQS) with technical research focused on secure quantum communications. Her expertise in risk management, developed through extensive experience in aircraft safety and compliance, plays a critical role in shaping the company’s approach to emerging technologies. In parallel, Lynette is advancing her knowledge by pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Colorado State University.
Outside of her professional and educational endeavors, Lynette is passionate about woodworking, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her daughters. An avid problem-solver, she has been maintaining her own vehicles for over 14 years.
